By using AllCardCelebration, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

AllCardCelebration provides an AI-powered greeting card creation service. Cards are generated using artificial intelligence and are for personal use only.

Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate cards (10 credits per card)
  • Discounted regenerations cost 5 credits where available during beta
  • Credits do not expire
  • Failed generations refund credits automatically
  • Unsafe blocked text or images do not consume credits
  • Credits are not normally cash-refundable once used for a completed generation
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe

Uploaded Photos and References

If you upload a photo or other image reference, you confirm that you have the right to use it for a personalised greeting card. If the photo includes other people, you confirm that you have their permission. If the image shows a pet, animal, home, vehicle, object, artwork, or other property, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

AllCardCelebration is designed to create illustrated, cartoon, or greeting-card style results, not photorealistic recreations. Human face uploads, animal references, and object references may be supported differently depending on the feature available at the time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AllCardCelebration to create content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts for violations.

Beta Refunds

During closed beta, if a personalised illustration result is clearly poor even though the generation completed, we may provide a credit refund at our discretion. This does not automatically create a cash refund right for used credits.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the cards you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content for the purpose of delivering the service.
